Meet The Chef
I am Yutaka Mori, the owner-chef of South Forest Restaurant. I have been a chef for 30 years now. Before building the South Forest Restaurant, I had been a Chef of Japanese Ambassadors in England, Portugal and Switzerland for 7 years. I had served the Royal families, Prime Ministers, and other very important people; Emperor, Empress and Prince of Japan, Princess Anne of the United Kingdom, the Lords and Sirs in Europe. Also, I had worked at Asuka Cruise Ship for a world tour. I had been a chef in Australia for 8 years. I serve any type of Cuisines; local and international. Wild Boar meat from Nakagawa town, Nasu District, Tochigi with under control and approval from the City Hall Administration that assures you the best quality of the meat and has been thoroughly examined for the safety of the consumers. Tochigi Shamo Chicken from one of the biggest farms in Kanuma City, it's from a cage-free farm that breeds Shamo two times longer than the ordinary chicken; the chicken that you may haven't ever tasted.
